Cancellation coverage If you need to make a claim for trip cancellations, ensure you meet the specific criteria outlined in the Combined PDS/FSG.(opens in a new tab) Please note, cancellation coverage applies on a per-policy basis. For international cover we include a $3,000 benefit per policy. If you need more, you can select an amount of cancellation cover from the options available to you at the time of applying for cover.

Pet cat or dog boarding Up to $25 per day, to a maximum of $500, for the unexpected kennel or cattery boarding fees you incur for domestic dogs and cats owned by you if you are delayed beyond your original return date due to an event covered by this policy.
