Unlimited overseas medical and hospital expense cover

Medical cover will not exceed 12 months from the onset of the illness or injury. Only applies to international policies.

Cover for lost, stolen or damaged items and travel documents

Comprehensive plans only. Item and aggregate limits apply.

We’ll waive the depreciation deduction for any new items purchased in the last 2 years

You must provide a receipt for proof of purchase.

Cancellation coverage​

If you need to make a claim for trip cancellations, ensure you meet the specific criteria outlined in the Combined PDS/FSG.(opens in a new tab)​

Please note, cancellation coverage applies on a per-policy basis.​

For international cover we include a $3,000 benefit per policy. If you need more, you can select an amount of cancellation cover from the options available to you at the time of applying for cover.

Pet cat or dog boarding

Up to $25 per day, to a maximum of $500, for the unexpected kennel or cattery boarding fees you incur for domestic dogs and cats owned by you if you are delayed beyond your original return date due to an event covered by this policy.
