With ahm, we don’t really have a 'limited network' of extras providers. You’ll get the same benefits back for included services at most recognised providers*, so you don’t have to switch from your usual physio or chiro!

*Price is for single cover in NSW paying weekly by direct debit. Price reduced by an Australian Government Rebate of 24.118% (based on an age of under 65 years old, single income of $101,000 or less per year). Heads up, the income thresholds used to calculate the Australian Government Rebate (AGR) and Medicare Levy Surcharge (MLS) are changing from 1 July 2026, so your entitlement to the AGR may change after that date. Refers to % of a provider charge you can claim (up to your limits). Easy maths! This might be best if you tend to visit your health provider a few times per year and want a bit more back each time (depending on the percentage back).

You'll get a specific dollar amount back for your included services (up to your limits). This might be best if you need to claim straight away for certain services, as these extras products have no 2 & 6 month waiting periods.* This might be better for you if you tend to visit your health provider regularly over a longer period.
*12 month and 2 year waiting periods still apply for some services on these products. See product guides for more information.
