How it works

Choose it

We have a range of different types of extras health cover to suit different needs and budget, so you can find the best extras cover for you.

View our range of extras.

Use it

Visit your dentist, physio or other recognised extras provider when your waiting periods are over and start using your health insurance extras to claim.

Split the bill

You’ll have a card from us so we can work out the difference you’ll need to pay (if any) right away. You can’t use Medicare and your insurance on the same bill. Annual limits apply (see FAQs below).

Save the bill

If your provider can’t process your claim on the spot, just keep your receipt so you can submit it yourself on our app, website or over email.

The money can go into your nominated bank account either way.
